Comment: Pottawattamie County. This is a bridge replacement project plus grading and paving of 24th street and the interchange ramps of exit 1B of Interstate 29/80 west bound. Traffic will be maintained on 24th street and Interstate 29/80 throughout the project. Traffic control signing and the use of temporary barrier rail will be used throughout the construction zone. There will be certain times that will require night time closures of I-29/80. This will be when certain stages of the new bridge that is being built require work over the interstate. The I.D.O.T.
